Deals
A deal is a piece whose seller has lowered the price. You will see the Reduced label and today's price.
Randoms
In a Random you buy a specific piece, for example a one ounce coin, but the seller chooses the year or the design from those on hand. In return, the price is usually lower than that of a piece with a chosen year.
How to read the listing
The listing always says which part you can choose and which part you cannot. If the year or the design matters for your collection, look for the piece with a chosen year.
The same guarantees
Protected payment, the GSG authenticity guarantee and five days from delivery to file a claim.
How an offer works
If the seller has turned on the Make an offer button, you can propose a price, at least 5 % below the listed price. The seller has two days to accept, reject or counteroffer, with a maximum of three rounds. If it is accepted and you left a card, the purchase is closed right away. If you pay by bank transfer you have two days, and until your payment arrives the piece stays on sale for whoever pays first.
